The Estate & Accommodations
The Estate spans lush tropical gardens and expansive oceanfront grounds. Wake up to the sound of waves and warm Caribbean light filtering into beautifully appointed suites. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and modern amenities thoughtfully designed to blend classic island charm with refined comfort — creating the perfect balance of connection and personal space.

Important Notes
The villa is located near Ocho Rios. You will fly into Montego Bay, Sangster International Airport for ground transportation to our Estate Villa (It is about an hour and a half ride from the airport to the Villa. (There will be a smoke break in the middle of the ride)
You will need a passport to book this trip. *Flights Are Not Included.
THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE YOUR ROOMS OR IN THE VILLAS THEMSELVES.
Our Villa is Smoke Friendly, However Only Outdoors.
You may smoke anywhere outside, including your balconies. Just please close the doors behind you, for both smoking and AC purposes.
Laughing Grass International Refund Policy
LGI has a strict NO REFUND policy. No refunds are given for any reason, except if the event is canceled by the host. No exceptions. Reservations are transferable.
